MOSCOW, August 9 416 households are in the evacuation zone in the Lipetsk Municipal District, temporary accommodation centers have been deployed, buses have arrived in all populated areas, Governor Igor Artamonov said in Telegram channel.
Lipetsk was subjected to a massive UAV attack on Friday night. Later, the governor reported that explosive objects detonated far from civilian buildings, all emergency services are working at the scene. Also, when the UAV fell, an energy infrastructure facility was damaged, there are power supply disruptions. A state of emergency has been introduced in the Lipetsk Municipal District to eliminate the consequences of the detonation of explosive objects, the settlements of Koptsevy Khutor, Fedorovka, Yakovlevka, Tynkovka are being evacuated to ensure safety.
