
MOSCOW, August 10. Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin approved changes in the distribution of responsibilities between deputy prime ministers coordinating national projects and state policy issues.
«Chairman of the Government Mikhail Mishustin approved changes in the distribution of responsibilities between deputy prime ministers coordinating the work of federal executive bodies on the implementation of national and federal projects, as well as on issues of state policy,» the Cabinet of Ministers specified.
Thus, Alexander Novak will fully coordinate issues of state climate policy, including the area of limiting greenhouse gas emissions, which was previously handled by Dmitry Patrushev .
«Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Patrushev has taken full control of the implementation of the national project «Ecology» — the coordination of the work of ministries and departments on the federal projects «Clean Water» and «Volga Recovery» has been transferred to his jurisdiction. Earlier «They were coordinated by Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin,» the government added.
In turn, Deputy Prime Minister Tatyana Golikova has been assigned the supervision of the federal project «Personal Medical Assistants», within the framework of which the eponymous initiative of the socio-economic development of Russia in the direction of «Technological Breakthrough» is being implemented.
As emphasized, the changes were made to organize the effective work of the Cabinet of Ministers.
