MOSCOW, August 11 A missile threat has been declared in the Belgorod Region for the second time overnight, Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov reported on his Telegram channel.
“The siren has been sounded again. The entire territory Belgorod region — missile danger. Go down to the basement. Stay there until you receive the signal «All clear missile danger,» the message says.
