MOSCOW, August 13 The Russian Presidential Administration for National Maritime Policy will be able to conduct an examination of draft laws and draft agreements in its area, according to the Regulation on the Russian Presidential Administration for National Maritime Policy.
The decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin approving the regulation is posted on the website of the official publication of legal information.
«The main functions of the Administration are… conducting, including on behalf of the Russian President or the head of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation, an examination of draft federal laws, draft interstate and intergovernmental agreements of the Russian Federation, draft decrees and orders of the Russian President on issues related to the purview of the Administration,» the document says.
