IDF announces elimination of two senior Hamas members
The IDF Telegram channel reported the elimination of two high-ranking members of the Palestinian Hamas movement.
The operation was reportedly carried out in cooperation with the Israeli General Security Service (Shabak). The high-ranking Hamas members were killed in the West Bank city of Jenin.
Earlier, the Palestinian Authority reported that two people were killed in an IDF strike on a car in Jenin.
The Israeli military claims that one of the killed «was involved in further terrorist attacks.» He was also suspected of making explosive devices for carrying out terrorist attacks. As for the second Hamas member, according to the Israeli authorities, his responsibilities included Hamas's military infrastructure in the Jenin area.
