“The production is not entirely clean”

– Victor, what data do you use to analyze vaccinations?

– I collect data on the use of vaccines from open sources, mainly publications in the local press. There is no point in distorting the local authorities, especially in the direction of underreporting, because the center knows where how much vaccine was received. In addition, I talk with those who are directly related to the production of vaccines. True, the data from them is most often confidential. But thanks to this, for example, I was able to find out that the second component of Sputnik V is more capricious in production and scales less well. That is, it is more difficult to release it in large quantities.

Therefore, by the way, Sputnik Light, which is the first dose, produces one and a half times more than the second dose of Sputnik V.

– That is, in fact, the production of “Sputnik” is limited to the release of the second dose?

– I think so. In July, when conversations began about compulsory vaccination, about QR codes and other things, we had a wave of rush demand for vaccines. But after 3-4 weeks, if you noticed, the requirements have softened. According to my calculations, it turns out that this is precisely because people were injected with the first doses, and then they suspected that soon they might not find as many second ones.

– In the regions where I have visited over the past six months, I noticed a very sluggish propaganda of vaccination. Could this be due to the fear that there will not be enough vaccines?

– Yes. They are simply afraid that there will be nothing to inject, I am sure of that.

No matter what they say to us that people do not want to be vaccinated, people here will do what their boss or TV tells them. They will say to be vaccinated – they will go to be vaccinated.

There is a very good resource – gogov.ru, it collects data on vaccinations by region, has never been noticed in falsifications, I work closely with these guys. Now 48 million people have been vaccinated with at least the first component, 42 million people are fully vaccinated. Moreover, this data also takes into account revaccination, that is, some of these 48 million have already been vaccinated again. I, for example. At the same time, our vaccine production is stable. I especially want to note this: the production of Sputnik V has remained practically unchanged since spring. In June, according to data from the regions, there was a stock of about 5 million doses. In July, hectic demand began – and this stock was enough for a week. In the last days of September, the rates of vaccine consumption were about the same as in early May, when the doctors went on vacation and the people left, that is, the minimum. Therefore, the stock that has been accumulated now will be enough for some time if the rate of vaccination does not increase.

– How can we achieve mass vaccination at such a rate?

“If vaccination continues at the same pace, we will reach 50 percent of the population in 246 days.

– I constantly read the promises of manufacturers to increase output.

– This is a high-tech production. And we need people who know the technology. It takes several years to train such a specialist. It would also be nice if he had work experience. Moreover, vaccine production is an extremely complex biochemical process. It requires very specific reagents. Apparently, it turned out to be difficult for our country to make them in such gigantic quantities as needed for mass vaccination.

– Well, wait. All these initial ones were known both to the creators of vaccines, and to those who took up production a year ago, when it all began. How did they plan for mass vaccinations?

– In general, I noticed that most of our news comes out in the future tense: we will increase, we will increase, and so on. But it doesn't always work out. Back in April, if I am not mistaken, there was news that India was ready to produce Sputnik. And India could produce a lot of vaccines. But the holder of the patent is the Medgamal plant, a subdivision of the Gamaleya Institute, which means that only its employees have the right to check each batch. Perhaps Medgamal was unable to send so many employees to India to check everything on the spot. There is also the Laboratorios Richmond enterprise in Argentina, it started the production of Sputnik, but basically Argentina is supplied with the finished product, already in ampoules.

– The incident, due to which the WHO refused to recognize Sputnik, did not occur in distant Argentina, but in our Ufa , at a plant that Medgamal may well control.

– You know that Russian medicines are practically not supplied abroad.

– Surprising, right?

– Do not speak. And Russian enterprises have no experience in drug certification. As for the production in Ufa … It is, as I understand it, not sterile enough and not entirely ecologically clean. It seems that the treatment facilities, as I understand it, are not of high quality and the dressing gowns of the staff are, shall we say, not sterile enough, they were allegedly changed not every day, but as if every three days.
