The magistrate of the plot №361 of the Basmanny district of Moscow fined the Muz-TV channel and the former program director of the music producer of the channel Andrei Razygraev. This was reported by the Moskva agency with reference to the court's press service.
The directors and the TV channel were found guilty of violating the rules for distributing products containing information harmful to the health or development of children (part 2 of article 13.21 of the Administrative Code). Muz-TV was fined 20 thousand rubles, and Razygraev — 5 thousand rubles.
What was the reason for Roskomnadzor's claims and what information was considered harmful to children is unknown.
In 2021, «Muz-TV» was fined one million rubles under the article on «gay propaganda» among minors (part 2 of article 6.21 of the Administrative Code), Razygraev received a fine of 100 thousand rubles.
The reason was the TV channel's prize, last June 4th. Experts attracted by Roskomnadzor came to the conclusion that the images of the guests of the program “culturally did not correspond to the image of a man of traditional sexual orientation” in Russia and had “traditional feminine features”, for example, long hair, makeup and jewelry.
