On Monday, in Geneva, bilateral talks were held between the delegations of Russia and the United States. The Kremlin insists on the termination of military cooperation of the bloc with post-Soviet countries, refusal to establish bases on their territory, restrictions on the deployment of strike weapons near the Russian border, the export of American nuclear weapons from Europe, and guarantees of non-expansion of NATO to the east.
