MOSCOW, Jan 14 Russia's Elena Nikitina took third place in the World Cup- 2021/22 in skeleton, the draw of which ended on Friday with a stage in St. Moritz (Switzerland). The victory in the general classification was won by Kimberly Bos from the Netherlands, who scored 1600 points, the second was Jeanine Flock of Austria (1481). Nikitina scored 1458 points. Russian Yulia Kanakina scored 1290 points and took fifth place in the overall World Cup standings, Alina Tararychenkova (1202) became seventh. Nikitina is the first athlete from Russia to win the Women's World Cup in the 2018/19 season. She also has a bronze medal at the 2014 Olympic Games, three World Championship medals and four European Championship titles.
