MOSCOW, Jan 16 Russian biathlete Alexander Loginov wins a silver medal in the pursuit at the sixth stage of the World Cup in Ruhpolding, Germany. The first to finish was the Frenchman Quentin Fillon-Maillet, who covered the distance of 12.5 km with two misses in 31 minutes 30.6 seconds. Loginov lost 8.8 seconds to the winner with one penalty. Belarusian Anton Smolsky (+13.1; 2) became third. Russian Maxim Tsvetkov became ninth (+44.4; 2), Daniil Serokhvostov — 17th (+1.18.2; 2), Karim Khalili — 30th ( +2.06.0; 3), Alexander Povarnitsyn — 41st (2.33.7; 4).
The next stage of the World Cup will be hosted by the Italian Antholz. Races will start on January 20th.
