If you sometimes allow yourself foods from the list of inflammation provocateurs, then this is not critical, but when your diet mainly consists of such foods — this is already a problem.
What we classify as foods that increase inflammation:
- Processed foods: potato chips, fast food, crackers
- Refined carbohydrates : White bread, white rice, crackers and cookies, candy, chocolate li>
- Processed meats: bacon, ham and hot dogs
- Trans fats: confectionery fat and margarine
