Researcher noted that people will be able to live up to 130 years, and the maximum life expectancy will be 180 years. But to preserve it, people at this age will need to make efforts, in particular, they may need prosthetics and organ transplants.
By 2100, according to scientist, the record for maximum life expectancy will be broken. It was installed by the Frenchwoman Jeanne Calment — she is the only person on the planet whose documented age at the time of death exceeds 120 years.
By the way, now only 12 people are known in the world whose age is currently more than 110 years.
The Ph.D. in Mathematics said that an increase in the duration of human life can cause negative consequences, in particular, the cost of medicine will increase and diseases characteristic of old age will begin to spread. The number of pensioners will increase, but the percentage of taxpayers who will support them will decrease.
But scientists from Tilburg University (Netherlands), who also conducted a study of the maximum possible life expectancy of a person, argue that this limit does not exceed 114-115 years old.
