The Southern District Military Court overturned the decision to place 17-year-old Yaroslav Inozemtsev, accused of preparing an attack on a school, in a neuropsychiatric dispensary in Novocherkassk. As stated in the court ruling (available to the editors), Inozemtsev was released under a ban on certain actions. afp-place-status=»empty» alt=»» />

The teenager is forbidden to leave the house at night, communicate with witnesses and suffer victims, approach the Volgograd school where he studied, and also use means of communication.
“Yaroslav was not brought to the court session, the measure of restraint was changed to a ban on actions, but in the PND (psycho-neurological dispensary — ed.) they did not give him to us. They said to wait 10 days [provided] for an appeal, although this is not indicated in the decision. The doctors all hid, they don’t take the tubes, they didn’t give the child to us,” Yulia Inozemtsev’s mother told Novaya Gazeta.
