The Swedish service for listening to music Spotify has opened a personal account on the website of Roskomnadzor (RKN) as part of the law on «landing» for foreign Internet companies. This follows from the data on the agency's website.
The day before, the Viber messenger and the Likee social network fulfilled similar requirements. Likee representatives also spoke about plans to open an office in Russia in the near future. The social network TikTok has not yet registered on the RKN website, but has already fulfilled another requirement of the regulator — it has created a form for electronic appeals from citizens on its website.
Apple has previously registered a corresponding personal account. It became the first foreign organization to comply with this requirement of Russian legislation. Later, following TikTok, Apple also created a page for user requests on its website. >

As part of the Landing Law, companies must open a branch, representative office, or establish a legal entity, as well as place on their resources an electronic form for appeals. According to the RKN, neither Viber nor Likee have done this yet.
