At the same time, the decisions do not indicate for which year the indicators are given. In both rulings, the court came to the conclusion that it is necessary to fine companies by 1/20 of their total income. In December, a turnover fine was imposed on an IT company in Russia for the first time: the court exacted 7.2 billion rubles from Google for repeated failure to remove prohibited information. A few hours later, a negotiable fine for similar violations — almost 2 billion rubles — was received by Meta.
