MOSCOW, Jan 19 The place of negotiations on the settlement in Ukraine is secondary, the main thing is to influence Kiev for the implementation of the Minsk agreements, said the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov. Earlier, the official representative of Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan, Ibrahim Kalin, said that the Turkish leader invited the presidents of Russia and Ukraine, Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky, to visit the country to discuss and resolve differences.
