MOSCOW, Jan 20 Serb Novak Djokovic's appeal against the decision to annul his Australian visa was dismissed. The court «did not consider the reasonableness of this decision and did not reconsider it.» The tennis player's side argued that Hawke made a jurisdictional error because the minister acted «illogically, irrationally and unreasonably» and could not draw conclusions regarding the athlete's position against vaccination. The Court rejected this suggestion and also concluded that there was a clear relationship between all parts of Minister Hawke's arguments.
