Take care of your kidneys.
Kidney problems can show up several times a day when you go to the toilet. Doctors say that urine can determine that this important paired organ is unhealthy.
This was told by Punam Krishan, general practitioner NHS specializing in public health, family medicine and lifestyle medicine.
Dr. Krishan says that to keep your kidneys healthy, you need to pay attention to when something «goes wrong».
Depending on what exactly the problem is, the symptoms may vary.

How can you protect your kidneys?
Drink plenty of fluids. It is important that you drink two to three liters of water a day.
«Some people find it difficult to drink water, so add fruits and remember, your fruits and vegetables count just like your cups of tea and coffee», — the doctor advises.
Stick to a diet. Watch your supplements, make sure you don't take too much calcium, and limit your alcohol intake.
