MOSCOW, Jan 21 The International Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) tested 4125 athletes for Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo, according to a report published on the official website of the organization. From July 13 to August 8, 2724 athletes were tested for doping once, 1401 more than once. In total, 35.4% were tested for the presence of prohibited substances in the body of the total number of participants in the competition (11658). Banned substances were found in ten athletes. The Tokyo Olympics, postponed for a year due to the coronavirus, were held from July 23 to August 8, 2021.
