
MOSCOW, Jan 24 The authorities of St. Petersburg officially notified the Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) that Palace Square will be the venue for the fan festival in May as part of the 2021/22 Champions League final events, the press service of the final organizing committee reports. A corresponding letter signed by St. Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov was sent to UEFA. The Festival of Champions on Palace Square will take place from 26 to 29 May. Throughout the days of the festival, fans will find an entertainment program combined with events dedicated to the celebration of City Day. The 2021/22 Champions League Final will be held on May 28 at the stadium on Krestovsky Island.
