The Federal Penitentiary Service has decided to go to court to ban Pussy Riot members Maria Alyokhina and Lyusya Stein, convicted in the «sanitary» case, from visiting bars and restaurants as a «prevention of violations.» Stein herself told about this «Mediazona».
we were 7 minutes late with @all_mary going home, now the Federal Penitentiary Service wants to give us extra money to prevent violations. restriction in the form of a ban on visiting places where alcohol is sold! (other possible restrictions are already in place)
that is, there will be a separate court session at which we will be banned from BARS

The girls were seven minutes late home on Saturday, January 22nd. Today, January 27, they were summoned to the inspectorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service to give explanations. “[The employee] wrote a paper that she would file a petition with the court for an additional restriction as a ‘prevention of violations’,” the oppositionist said. Stein clarified that the restriction applies to places where alcohol is poured, that is, bars and restaurants.
The court may replace the restriction of freedom for a real term in case of «malicious evasion» from serving a sentence. «Maliciously evading» can be recognized as a person who committed three violations of the order of serving a sentence during the year.
Crown of Evidence. How the “sanitary business” works
In 2021, Shtein and Alyokhina were given restrictions on freedom each year. The court found them guilty of inciting to violate sanitary and epidemiological rules at a rally on January 23. Oppositionists were forbidden to leave their homes from 22:00 to 06:00, move and leave Moscow without notice, and participate in rallies. They were also ordered to report to the FSIN inspection twice a month.
