MOSCOW, Jan 27 Jacksonville forward Jacob Panetta received a full suspension of the season for a racist gesture against a black player of the opposing team in an East Coast Hockey League (ECHL) match, according to the league's website. The incident occurred in overtime of the match against South Carolina (1-0 OT), which took place on Saturday.
