The Minister added that the Russian side wants to achieve the truth. Earlier, the new Russian ambassador to the CAR, Alexander Bikantov, said in an interview with RIA Novosti that, according to the preliminary version, three Russian journalists were killed in the CAR in 2018 by militants from the illegal armed group 3R.
