MOSCOW, Jan 28 The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has published the competition rules in emergency situations at the Beijing 2022 Olympic Games, aimed at mitigating the consequences for the tournament in the event of a confirmed COVID-19 infection in any athlete, according to the organization's website. Separate rules have been developed for each sport. Their implementation depends on the individual circumstances of each specific situation, in particular on the time of receipt of a positive test result, as well as on the rules and regulations of the international federations.
