The Lyublinsky District Court of Moscow sent the former photographer of Navalny's headquarters * Alexander Strukov to the pre-trial detention center in the case of public calls for terrorism (part 2 of article 205 of the Criminal Code) in comments on social networks. It is reported by TASS.

The investigation claims that Strukov posted comments on social networks with “calls for terrorism, including those containing threats against “persons of Russian nationality”.” Under this article, he faces up to seven years in prison. The defendant in the case is being defended by the lawyers of OVD-Info**.
Earlier, the Ren-TV channel reported that the investigation had found «propaganda of terrorism» in the comments to the Znak.com telegram channel. After that, the editors of the publication decided to close the comments on the telegram channel.
On January 26, 28-year-old Strukov was detained near the entrance to his house, searched his apartment and seized equipment, after which they took him for questioning to the police station in the district Lublin. The next day it became known that the photographer was in a temporary detention center in Maryino. The detainee's mother specified that he worked with Navalny's Moscow headquarters during the 2018 election campaign.
