The telegram channel GUBOP, connected with the Belarusian police, has published a video of Vera Tsvikevich, a Russian woman detained in Minsk.
On the recording, the girl says that in August 2020 she took part in unauthorized rallies in the Nemiga metro area in Minsk, «participated in couplings on the roadway.» “I completely regret my actions and advise all people not to take part in such events anymore,” says Tsvikevich.
After that, the recording shows a picture where, presumably, Tsvikevich is walking around Minsk, holding hands with others participants in the action. In the picture, the figure of Tsvikevich is poorly built into the “coupling”. The faces of the nine people in the foreground of the photo are covered with sad emoticons.

Tsvikevich was detained on 27 January. She is charged with Art. 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (“Organization and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order, or active participation in them”). The day after Tsvikevich's detention, RIA Novosti was informed by the Russian diplomatic mission that the consul had met with her.
In August 2020, when protests broke out in the country after the presidential elections, there was a photograph on the front page of the Belarusian Komsomolskaya Pravda Tsvikevich. The material with the picture was published in the issue of August 25.
