In Los Angeles, a district court sent 26-year-old transgender woman Hannah Tubbs to a juvenile detention center for attempting to rape a girl, Fox News reported. The crime occurred in 2014, when Tubbs, two weeks before her 18th birthday attempted to rape a ten-year-old girl. At that time, the accused was named James and identified herself as a man. At the same time, Tubbs had previously been caught in possession of drugs, beating and violating probation in other states. According to Los Angeles Deputy District Attorney John Khatami, the investigation had evidence of the rape of two girls by Tubbs. The offender was given two years in a juvenile detention center, since the previous prosecutor refused to bring charges against him as against an adult.
