Former president Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko came for questioning to the State Bureau of Investigation (SBI). But he refused to testify, reports the Chronicle.info with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
The State Bureau of Investigation had previously summoned the former president of Ukraine for questioning on January 31. He came, but refused to testify.
He stayed in the building for several minutes and then left.
Tatyana Sapyan, the SBI Communications Adviser, said that Poroshenko refused to sign the protocol.
«Accordingly, this was recorded on video and there will be another corresponding protocol. The pre-trial investigation will continue. And the State Bureau of Investigation will summon Poroshenko for questioning», — she noted.
Recall that the Court of Appeal of Kiev postponed the consideration of the case of former President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko. Appeals will be considered on February 11.
