At 14:40 on February 9, law enforcement officers called man and said that his minor daughter was raped. The incident took place in the second entrance of house No. 3G on Akhsarov Street. An unknown person attacked a girl between the ninth and technical floors.
Signs of an attacker:
- 25 — 35 years old,
- 170 – 180 centimeters tall,
- light blond hair,
- light stubble,
- yellow teeth;
