In St. Petersburg, four policemen were detained in connection with the torture of a detainee with a stun gun. Pavel Chikov, the head of Agora, reports this.
Khachik Jorgintsyan was recognized as the victim in the case of abuse of power (clauses «a» and «b» of part 3 of article 286 of the Criminal Code). As Chikov points out, Jorgintsyan identified each suspect.

According to investigators, on Police Day, November 10, 2021, Jorgintsyan and his friends were detained at the exit of the restaurant. After a skirmish with the company, the security forces left, but then returned and dragged Jorgintsyan, along with a friend, into an official car. In the car, the victim said, he was hit twice in the stomach with a stun gun.
On the way to police station No. 86, one of the policemen said to the detainee: “Now look, faggot, who did you shout at.” In the room, Jorgintsyan continued to be shocked.
In the morning, the detainees were released from the police department with fines of 500 rubles under protocols of petty hooliganism (Article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses). Doctors recorded numerous bruises and burns on Jorgntsyan, and there were traces of electric shock blows on the body of the victim.
