He noted that Russia is ready to discuss security issues only in conjunction with fundamental issues that are of paramount importance for the Russian Federation. 
NATO is ready for a dialogue with Russia on security, the alliance said»We are ready for this joint work and further, we are also ready to negotiate track, but all issues, as previously stated, should be considered in a complex, without separation from the main Russian proposals, the implementation of which is an absolute priority for us,» Putin said.
