On February 10, according to the newspaper, Dugiyev's parents were searched in the village of Kantyshevo near Nazran. Dugiyev himself was not at home, and he went to Nalchik to the department of the Investigative Committee for the North Caucasian District to give explanations because of the search.
According to the lawyer, after the arrest, the investigation filed a petition with the Nalchik city court to elect him preventive measure.
