The Investigative Committee in the Novosibirsk Region began an inspection due to dog attacks after local residents appealed to Bastrykin

The Investigative Committee launched an investigation under the article on negligence (Part 1 of Article 293 of the Criminal Code) due to 13 cases of attacks by stray dogs in Barabinsk in 2021. This was reported by the Novosibirsk department of the department.

On February 15, the head of the Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, after a complaint from local residents about the inaction of officials, instructed the leadership of the local government to conduct an inspection.
