MOSCOW, Feb 15 The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) opened disciplinary proceedings against the Ukrainian Football Association in connection with the behavior of fans at the match of the Ukrainian national team against the Russian team in the semi-finals of the European Futsal Championship. During the match on February 4, Ukrainian fans chanted insulting statements that were political in nature and incited hatred based on nationality.
