The Volgograd Regional Court overturned the decision to enter the song of the punk band «Pornofilmy» «Kill the Beggars!» to the register of extremist materials. This was reported by the Network Freedoms project.
The appeal of the lawyers was satisfied and the decision of the Dzerzhinsky District Court of Volgograd was cancelled. The case was sent for retrial to the court of first instance.

The track «Kill the Poor!», released back in 2016, is a cover of Kill the Poors by Dead Kennedys. The composition was added to the list of extremist materials in November 2021. The Dzerzhinsky District Court of Volgograd recognized it as extremist on September 23 last year.
