The National Bank opened a special multi-currency account to raise funds for the needs of the army.
< p> The special account of the National Bank, opened to raise funds to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine, received 300 million hryvnia (in equivalent) per day. Funds were received from both business and citizens of Ukraine, as well as from the international community (in particular, from EU USA, Canada, Britain and the like), reports the Chronicle.info with reference to RBC-Ukraine.

The National Bank of Ukraine asked banks not to charge customers a commission for crediting funds to a special account, since the funds are sent to help APU.
