MOSCOW, Feb. 25 The Council of Europe, due to the suspension of Russia's membership in the organization, must return the paid it made a contribution of 32.5 million euros at the beginning of the year, said Vladimir Dzhabarov, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs. «Russia's annual contribution to the budget of the Council of Europe is 32.5 million euros. Dear Council of Europe, if I remember correctly, contributions were paid at the beginning of the year. Therefore, be kind, show decency and return the Russian contribution for the current year.
