MOSCOW, March 5 countries of the CIS and BRICS, according to the website of the Russian Equestrian Federation following a meeting of representatives of sports federations with Deputy Minister of Sports Alexei Morozov. On Monday, the executive committee of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) recommended that sports federations not allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete Ukraine. The IOC added that athletes and teams from Russia and Belarus can only compete as neutral athletes. During the last meeting, it was decided to create sports leagues with other CIS countries (Azerbaijan, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan ) and BRICS (Brazil, India, China, South Africa). All-Russian competitions will also be able to have an open status, which will allow representatives of other states to take part in tournaments.
