File photoWASHINGTON, Mar 8 Ukrainian troops receive weapons from 15 countries and the Pentagon believes they are using them effectively, said US Department of Defense spokesman John Kirby.
"It's not just we are 14 other countries. We know that these materials fall into the hands of the Ukrainian armed forces, and we know that they use them and use them quite effectively", he said at a briefing for reporters.
