MOSCOW, Mar 11 The Russian Football Union (RFU) announced on its website on the suspension of the activities of three foreign members of the expert-judicial commission (ESC) under the president of the organization. Former arbitrators Frank De Blecker, Wolfgang Stark and Alan Snoddy have temporarily left the structure. «Following our consultations, we confirm our intention to suspend our duties in the ESC until further notice. We hope that this suspension is temporary, depending on the situation in Ukraine,» the judges said in a statement. Former commission member Yuri Baskakov has moved to the position of Russian Premier League (RPL) match inspector.
