The bill also proposes to fix the possibility of uniting precinct commissions in elections and referendums if the total number of voters at the polling station is more than three thousand in cities of federal significance, administrative centers of regions, urban districts with more than 500,000 voters — in agreement with the electoral commission of the subject and the CEC.December 9, 2021 At the same time, by decision of the election commission of the subject, powers may be assigned to the precinct commission operating within the boundaries of this municipality.
