A 41-year-old resident of Kemerovo and a 59-year-old resident of Belovo drew up protocols under the new article 20.3.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation).
