MOSCOW, March 17 The Federation Council canceled the mask regime and the need to regularly take PCR tests on coronavirus, Vyacheslav Timchenko, chairman of the committee of the Federation Council on regulations, told RIA Novosti. According to Timchenko, the Federation Council maintains the previous regime of restrictions on ordering passes for visitors and the media.
