MOSCOW, Mar 22 U.S. Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) fighters Jorge Masvidal and Colby Covington got into a fight outside a restaurant in Miami (USA), TMZ Sport reports. According to the source, the incident occurred on Monday evening when Covington was leaving the establishment near which Masvidal was waiting for him. In the video published by the portal after the fight, Covington is standing on the street, surrounded by police. It is noted that law enforcement officials drew up a protocol. After the appearance of information about the incident, Masvidal posted a video on Twitter in which he called on Covington to show his face. «Show your face, show what you have become. I'm from Miami-Dade County. If you say something, you have to back it up with facts. That's how everything is decided in my area,» Masvidal said. The fighters were friends in the past, they trained together at the American Top Team gym. In early March, Covington defeated Masvidal in the main event of UFC 272 in Las Vegas (USA). The welterweight fight lasted all five rounds and ended with the victory of the 34-year-old Covington by unanimous decision.
