MOSCOW, Mar 28Phoenix defenseman Devin Booker and Boston forward Jason Tatum has been named the NBA's Western and Eastern Conference Players of the Week 23 in the Western and Eastern Conferences, respectively, according to the league's official website. Booker helped his team to three wins in three games last week. The defenseman averaged 37.3 points, 6.3 assists and 3.0 rebounds.
