SYKTYVKAR, March 30 Alexander Bolshunov and Alexander Terentiev, representing the Arkhangelsk Region, won the team sprint in the classic style at the Russian Ski Championship in Syktyvkar. The team of the Arkhangelsk region showed a result of 18 minutes 2 seconds. The second place was taken by the first team of the Republic of Komi consisting of Alexei Vitsenko and Yermila Vokuev (lag — 6.0 seconds). The third were the representatives of the second team of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Feller and Vladimir Frolov (+10.9). At the Olympic Games in Beijing, Bolshunov and Terentiev became bronze medalists in a similar discipline. Earlier, at the Russian Championship, Bolshunov won gold in the skiathlon and the race with a separate start for 15 km in the classical style, Terentiev became the winner of the free style sprint. The Russian Championship will end on April 3rd.
