“Khimki” lost the right to beginners


MOSCOW, Apr 7 Russian Football Union (RFU) Dispute Resolution Chamber imposed a ban on the registration of new players on Khimki, according to the organization’s website. In mid-February, the chamber granted the petition of football player Arshak Koryan and Khimki to approve a settlement agreement on the player’s application against the club to recover debts on bonuses and other payments. Podmoskovny club did not comply with the decision of the chamber. “Khimki” must pay a fine within 30 days from the date of entry into force of the decision. The club has been banned from registering new players as an interim measure. This ban can be lifted by the chamber at the request of Khimki in case of fulfillment of obligations to Koryan. In addition, the RFU dispute resolution chamber applied sanctions against Anji Makhachkala in the form of removing six points from the FNL-2 championship standings due to non-fulfillment body decisions. The club did not fulfill its obligations to the players Georgy Loria and Dmitry Belorukov. The Chamber set a new deadline and obligated Anji to execute the decision of the Chamber within 30 calendar days from the date of entry into force of this decision.
