In the Moscow region, the police opened a criminal case on vandalism (Article 214 of the Criminal Code) against a 38-year-old resident of Mozhaisk, who poured paint over a banner with the letter Z. This was reported by the local department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The duty unit received a message that a man poured paint over a banner in support of the army, placed on the facade of the Mozhaisk cultural and leisure center. The suspect was detained.
