Melitopol has been under the control of the Russian army since February 24.
"We have opened universities, technical schools and colleges since April 4. Technical schools have been opened. The students started to study. On April 11, we open schools and kindergartens so that children can finish the school year, complete the training program and, of course, move on to the next grades,” Danilchenko said.
Russia launched a military operation in Ukraine on February 24.
