According to Pasechnik, despite the end of the mandate, the Lugansk OSCE team unilaterally decided to continue its activities in the republic, forming a negative image of Russia, the LPR and the DPR on European political platforms. “As the head of the state recognized by the Russian Federation, I have decided to ban the OSCE SMM activities on the territory of the Republic from April 30 of this year. That is, by April 30, all members of the mission must leave the Lugansk People’s Republic,” the head of the LPR wrote. According to him, he has already given relevant instructions to ministries and departments.
